Artist's Comments
A first draft at letterforms and using the first initial as GROUND and the 2nd as FIGURE.
It's a work in progress, I'm really not experienced in using letterforms or typography for that matter. Suggestions on proper use of letterforms would be awesome. I know color is available to me, but before I make it complicated with color I'd like to have other comments on this first  Comments
 I can see where the DR is now that I have the title, but i see too much P instead of R inside the D block.
I had to do this for a class project, I was pretty bad at it  . Have fun with it! I raelly like what your doing with the D, try making the R a bit less curvy/blocky and more messy? Idk  -- Turducken + Explosives = Kerfucken!  i actually really like what you've got so far. My only technical suggestions would be to perhaps add some more depth and dimension to the piece as a whole, but that's up to you. Otherwise, I'd suggest thinking about what lexical meaning you might try to convey through the letterforms; i.e., what thoughts and associations do these particular letters evoke for you and how can you bring those out in the piece.
